William McFarland BSc (Hons) MRICS joined the firm in August 2006 having specialised in Commercial Property throughout Northern Ireland and UK for nearly 5 years with BTWShiells.
David Coalter BSc (Hons) joined the firm in June 2005 having obtained a degree in Property Investment and Development and winning the prestigious RICS Vivian Rogers prize for best student.

Lettings & Rent Reviews: We act for either Landlord or Tenant in negotiating lease terms and Review of Rentals for all types of property including shops, Offices, Warehouse and Land.
Compensation: We will act on your behalf in negotiating compensation for example on road widening schemes etc. In these cases our fees are paid by the acquiring authority.
